These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nivaii platform. By accessing or using Nivaii, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Nivaii is a marketplace for preloved South Asian fashion. You may browse listings on our website, but buying and selling is conducted through the Nivaii mobile app.

To buy or sell on Nivaii, you must create an account through our mobile app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, and pricing. All transactions are processed securely through the Nivaii app.

Counterfeit goods, stolen items, and items that do not qualify as South Asian fashion are not permitted on Nivaii. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.

Nivaii acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. While we facilitate transactions and provide buyer protection, we are not directly responsible for the condition of items sold by third-party sellers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nivaii after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
