Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-5 working days. Sellers are expected to dispatch items within 3 working days of receiving payment.

Sellers are encouraged to use tracked shipping services. Once dispatched, tracking information will be available in the Nivaii app.

Items marked as "heavy" may have additional shipping costs. These are clearly indicated on the listing.
